This post should be titled "why i haven't sent any Christmas cards this year".  I went a bit mad making fabric cut calendars for my husbands side of the family, and my soup group friends and my son's pre-school.  Its highly addictive and i was inspired by my sister who gave me the owl template, i then found other images and made them my own, the swan is the pre-school logo.  Once they were quilted and bound i stuck on a little calendar tab(surprisingly hard to find in our small town- thank goodness for QD!), there are triangular tabs in the corners on the bac,k in which i have recycled some old knitting needles to act as hanging things.  The reversible dress was a present for my friend's little girl.
